Arthur is survived by his wife, Verine Lafferty of Kyle, SD; sister, Delores Hammond of Vale, OR; son, Duane Lafferty of Kyle, SD; grandchildren, Denton Fast Whirlwind of Kyle, SD and Cody Lafferty of Albuquerque, NM; and great granddaughter, Nina LaFontaine of Albuquerque, NM.

Arthur was preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert Lafferty and Mary Richards; and son, Delbert Lafferty.
