Audren E. Lynn, age 83, of Hot Springs, passed away on Monday, January 21, 2019. She was born on August 23, 1935, at Prattsville, the daughter of Lynn Holland Whitten and Ollie Victoria Beck Whitten. On March 1, 1958, she was married to James C. Lynn.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Lawrence Whitten, Doyle Whitten and Ray Whitten; and two sisters, Ruby Whitten and Tula Morehead. Audren was a member of the Red Oak Missionary Baptist Church and a homemaker. She enjoyed her flowers, fishing, camping, embroidering and attending gospel singings.

She was a wonderful wife to her husband of 61 years, and she adored her family. She is survived by her husband, James Lynn of Hot Springs; her son, Darrell Lynn; her daughter and son-in-law, Tina and Perry Allison; and her twin sister, Adrin McDaniel, all of Hot Springs. Other family includes four grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; two special friends and caregivers, Sue McGuire and Sabra Taylor, both of Hot Springs; and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, January 24, 2019, in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Hot Springs, with Bro. Kirk Gassman officiating. Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM, Thursday, prior to the service at the funeral home.

Interment will be in the Fourche Loupe Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Darrell Lynn, Tina Lynn-Allison, Perry Allison, Shannon McDaniel, Mark Gifford and Allen Echols. Honorary pallbearers will be Doug Hodges, Larry and Sheila Garibay, Wendell Burrow, Billy Ebling and the doctors, nurses and staff of Arkansas Hospice-Inpatient, CHI St. Vincent.

Memorials may be made to the Fourche Loupe Cemetery Association, P.O. Box 22521, Hot Springs, Arkansas 71903. The family will receive family and friends at the Lynn’s home, 6568 Central Avenue. Guest registry is at www.
