Mike Martin, age 63, of Hot Springs, died Saturday, January 5, 2019. He was born on January 17, 1955, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the son of Henry Ervin Martin and Wanda Johnson Martin. On June 27, 2003, he married Rhonda Payne.

He was preceded in death by his parents. Mike was a member of Gospel Light Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Rhonda Martin of Hot Springs; his son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Lindsey Martin of Glenwood; his daughter and son-in-law, Sherri and Marty Smith of Glenwood; six grandchildren; four brothers and three sisters-in-law, Gary and Virginia Martin of Paris, Tennessee, Randall Martin and Rick and Frankie Martin, all of Grannis and Lendall and Nedra Martin of Western Grove; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of wonderful friends.

Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, January 10, 2019, in the Gospel Light Baptist Church with Pastor Eric Capaci and Bro. Floyd Folsom officiating. Interment will be in Mount Tabor Cemetery under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Hot Springs.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Wednesday evening, at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Victor Martin, Jess Martin, Jimmy Martin, Brad Martin, Brian Martin, Cody Forga and Bo Martin. Guest registry is at www.
