Iris “Elaine” Spivey, age 56, of Hot Springs, passed away on Thursday, February 21, 2019. She was born on April 19, 1962 in Hot Springs, the daughter of Travis Ware and Ernestine Standiford Ware. She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Ernest and Wanda Standiford; paternal grandparents, Ira and Edith Ware; and cousin, Michael Standiford.

Elaine is survived by former husband, Mitch Spivey of Hot Springs; parents, Travis and Ernestine Ware of Pearcy; two daughters and sons-in-law, Morgan Williams and husband Mike of Hot Springs and Erica Miller and husband Ryan of Benton; grandson, Landon Williams of Hot Springs, as well as extended family members and a host of wonderful friends. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Hot Springs with Bro. Tad Moore officiating.

Interment will be privately observed in Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Hot Springs. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday evening at the funeral home. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of Arkansas Hospice 5th floor for their compassionate care.
