David D. Tackett, age 57, of Hot Springs, died Monday, March 25, 2019. He was born on August 14, 1961, in Hot Springs, the son of Gene Autrey Tackett and Patricia Holland Tackett. He was preceded in death by his father.

David was a Christian in faith. He is survived by two daughters, Tiffanie Sewell and Alison Tackett, both of Hot Springs; five grandchildren; his mother, Pat Tackett of Hot Springs; one brother, Rick Tackett of Hot Springs; a very special friend and loving companion; nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of wonderful friends. Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, March 29, 2019, in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Hot Springs with Bro.

Alan Clark officiating. Interment will be in Grants Chapel Cemetery in Bonnerdale. Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Thursday evening.

Pallbearers will be, Randy Garner, Chris Harrison, Justin Frazier, Rick Connelly, Jarrod Vice and Thomas Stone. Honorary pallbearers will be Mitchel Shuffield, Scott Vise, Larry Collier and Chuck Frazier. Guest registry is at www.
