Claudia A. Siddell, age 93, of Hot Springs, died Thursday, January 31, 2019. She was born on December 22, 1925 in Las Cruces, New Mexico, the daughter of Frank Walton Cate and Mary Addie Kemp Cate. On November 23, 1993, she married Paul Siddell.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers; and four sisters. Claudia was a member of Grand Avenue United Methodist Church and the Fraternal Order of Eagles. She is survived by her husband, Paul Siddell of Hot Springs; her sister, Anita Long of Mountain Pine; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, February 6, 2019, in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Hot Springs with Rev. David Fleming officiating. Interment will be in Crestview Memorial Park.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Tuesday evening. Pallbearers will be Joe Peters, Ira Roseberry, Steve Linder, Bill Lewallen, Kenneth Mullinex and Michael McLeod. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105.
