Audrey Mae Locashio November 24, 1929 – February 05, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Audrey Mae Locashio, 89, of Rochester, passed away peacefully at Fairview Care Center in Dodge Center, MN on Tuesday, February 5, 2019. Audrey was born November 24, 1929, in Jetmore, KS, to Cecil Dale and Bertha Mae (Vratil) Randel. She was a graduate of Dodge City High School and went on to receive her bachelor degree in Education from Ft.

Hays University. Her first teaching job was near Ellinwood, KS. On September 1, 1956, Audrey married James Locashio.

Audrey enjoyed reading, making jewelry, quilting, and sewing. She also loved to play bingo, card games and going shopping with family and friends. Audrey was loving, fun, caring and outgoing.

She had a helpful and genuine spirit. Audrey was also very independent, strong willed and very determined in everything she did. She enjoyed baking and cooking.

Above all, she loved her family. She is survived by her daughter, Pamela Locashio of Dodge Center, MN; son, James Locashio of Madison, WI; grandson, Josh (Ashley) Locashio of Dodge Center, MN; great-grandson, Roland Locashio and sister, Joyce Crabtree of Brewster, KS. Audrey was preceded in death by her husband, Jim; sister, Betty and brother, Don.

Burial will be held at a later date at Fort Riley National Cemetery in Fort Riley, KS. The Czaplewski Family Funeral Homes, 25 South Street SW, of Dodge Center are honored to be serving the Locashio family; condolences may be expressed by visiting www. czaplewskifuneralhomes.com Blessed be her memory.
