Obituary for Audrey Rose Allen AUDREY SINCLAIR ROSE ALLEN, age 81, passed away at her home on Wednesday, June 6, 2018, surrounded by her loving family. Audrey was born in Nashville, Tennessee, on November 30, 1936, to the late Emmett Jones Rose and Birdie Mae Colgate Foltz. She worked for a time as a manager for Dollar General and most proudly worked as a housewife and mother to her husband and children.

Audrey is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Tammy Allen Daggs; and brother, Richard Rose. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Carl Allen; sons, Thomas (Connie) Wilkerson and Jackie (Norman Hoover) Allen; daughters, Leanda (Randy) Cross and Sherry (Steve) Van Amburg; brother, Kenneth (Alice) Rose; sisters, Patty Sue (Randy) Miller and Carol Ann (Lyle) Neilsen; 7 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral service for Audrey will be Saturday, June 9, 2018, at 11am in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home with Mike Stuart officiating.

Burial will follow in Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens in Nashville, Tennessee. Friends may visit with the family on Friday, June 8th, from 3pm to 7pm and on Saturday, June 9th, from 9am until service hour of 11am. Serving as pallbearers are Steven Daggs, Heath Cross, Jim Jackson, Theresa Griffey, Misty Kittelson, Dakota McCrary, Kayse Pop, and Ashley Wilkerson.
