Obituary for Barbara Allemand Holdforth Barbara Allemand Holdforth entered peacefully into eternal rest on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at the age of 72. Beloved daughter of the late Edwin Allemand and Lucille Cortez Allemand. Loving and devoted mother of Kim Holdforth Charles (Billy), Kristie Holdforth Allen and Kellie Dufrene Bordelon (Robert).

Loving grandmother of Jonathan Charles, Jade Tullos Weller, Austin Tullos and Alexandra Bordelon. Great Grandmother of Scarlett Weller. Living sister of Ricky Alleman (Faye), Catherine “Tootsie” Gauthreaux (Bubby) and Maeve Allemand (Steve Hoyer).

Also survived by a host of nieces and nephews. Barbara was born in New Orleans, LA and was a resident of Marrero, LA. She retired from BellSouth after working over 30 years.

The family would like to extend a sincere appreciation to the staff of Our Lady of Wisdom and Notre Dame Hospice for their love and care given to Barbara.
