Obituary for Barbara Ann Malone Miller Ms. Barbara Ann Malone Miller, age 70, of Bluff City, passed away on Friday, May 25, 2018 in the Bristol Regional Medical Center. Barbara was a daughter of Birdie Ruth Worley Malone of Bluff City and the late Woody Harold Malone and was born in Sullivan County. She was a retired waitress and was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her twin sisters, Carolyn Hyden and Emma Malone and a sister, Kathy Diane Vaughn. Those left to cherish her memory in addition to her mother include three daughters, Lisa Vestal, Sheri Owens and Traci Miller, all of Blountville; one brother, Rocky Dean Malone of Muskogee, OK and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. It was Ms. Miller’s wishes to be cremated.
