Obituary for Barbara Ann Murray Barbara Ann Murray, 76, of Fond du Lac, died on Wednesday, September 26, 2018, at St. Agnes Hospital. She was born on July 8, 1942, in Connecticut. On June 8, 2002 she married Charles L. Murray in Fond du Lac.

She grew up in Corning, California. She was a LPN and worked in various hospitals, nursing homes and correction institutions. She was active in Lucky Dog Rescue Program.

She enjoyed scrapbooking, making blankets for the Lucky Dog program, going boating and camping. Barbara also loved baking, cooking, her pets and traveling prior to her health declining. She is survived by her husband, Charles Murray of Fond du Lac, her son, Floyd E. Whipple of Fond du Lac, her step children: James J. (Dorothy) Murray of Appleton, Douglas (Michele) Murray of Fond du Lac and Michele (Cameron) Sims of Fox Lake, her daughter-in-law, Dawn Whipple of Fond du Lac, many grand and great grandchildren, and her two brothers, Charles Hobbs or St. Augustine, FL and Stanley Bullard of Shreveport, LA.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her son Richard Whipple and her brother William. VISITATION: Friends may call on Monday, October 1, 2018, from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. at Kurki-Mach Funeral Chapel, 31 East Division Street, Fond du Lac. FUNERAL: Memorial services will be held on Monday, October 1, 2018, at 5:00 p.m. at Kurki-Mach Funeral Chapel, with Chaplain Douglas Murray officiating.
