YOUNGSTOWN Funeral services will be held on Monday January 14, 2019 at 4:00 PM at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home with Pastor Marlana Martin officiating for Barbara E. Kingsley,62, who died Thursday morning January 10, 2019 at her home. She was born November 22, 1956 in Sharon, PA a daughter of James E. and Barbara J. Lee Barr Sr. Barbara was a member and enjoyed working with the Metro Assembly of God Church . She leaves two daughters, Barbara J. Martin and her husband Adam of Youngstown and Mary Lou Stuckey of Struthers; a brother, James E. Barr Jr. of Kansas; a sister Jamie G. Fulmer and her husband Mark of Kansas, 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Minerva Jean Barr and Lisa Ann Franklin. Family and friends may call on Monday January 14, 2019, one hour prior to the funeral services from 3:00 to 4:00 PM at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to her grandson, Hunter Roofner for helping to take care of his grandmother for the past 10 years.
