Obituary for Barbara Shadrock (Collier) Barbara Joan (Collier) Shadrock entered eternal rest surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at the age of 80. She was born on December 17, 1937 in San Antonio, Texas to Robert and Hazel Anita (Freeman) Collier. She was preceded in death by her son, Joe Shadrock; and her parents.
Barbara is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Frank Shadrock; children, Kenneth Raymond Shadrock and wife Elisa, Rhonda Lynn Bruce and husband Craig, Barry Steven Shadrock and wife Julie, and Sherry Denise Lee and husband Frank; grandchildren, Wesley Shadrock, Brandon Shadrock and wife Kim, Samantha Shadrock, Tiffany Johnson and husband Wood, Blake Lee, Luke Bruce, and Justin Bruce; and great-grandchildren, Jace Shadrock and Mason Shadrock. A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at Finch Funeral Chapel- La Vernia and the Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening at the funeral home. Funeral Mass Wednesday, July 11, 2018 10:00 a.m. Annunciation of the BVM Catholic Church St. Hedwig, Texas Father Bill Zadora will officiate services.
Interment will follow at Annunciation of the BVM Catholic Cemetery in St. Hedwig.
