Obituary for Mrs. Barbara Louise Brown Barbara Louise Brown, 87, of Asheville passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at her residence. A native of Chicago, IL, Barbara was the daughter of the late Leroy and Florence Griep Atkinson. Barbara was also preceded in death by her husband, Dr. William Clay Brown who passed away on April 8, 2014.
