I was born October 7, 1940 and departed this life on Sunday, March 17, 2019. I will be joining my loving grandmother, Mrs. Lucy Southworth who took me into her home and heart when I was only nine months old to raise. No one could have loved me more.

We’ll also be joining my two brothers, Sonny and Ben Southworth, all of Ashland, Va; my loving aunt, Mrs. Annie Leigh of Gloucester, Va and my loving yorkie (Max) of 14 years whom I will meet at the Rainbow Bridge. I leave to cherish my memory my loving and devoted family. Husband, Larry Hoagland; daughter Tracy Wood (Sam); sons, Brian Gillespie (Julie), Shawn Gillespie (Suzanne); step-son Randy Hoagland (Faith); sister Susie Mitchell (Alan); 7 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren and my extended bowling family of 40 years.

If you would like to say good-bye to my memory, please join my family at Morrissett Funeral and Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd. (rt. 10) at 6 pm on Friday, March 22, 2019.

Interment will be private. If you would like to make a donation in my memory, please consider Chesterfield Animal Shelter, 9300 Public Works Road, Chesterfield, VA 23832. This is my Celebration, no flowers – dress casual, no tears please.
