Obituary for Benjamin G. Kosztur Benjamin G. Kosztur, 38 of Biloxi, MS, passed away Saturday, July 7, 2018 in Biloxi. He was born Oct. 22, 1979 in Pascagoula, MS to Karen D. and Gary L. Kosztur.

His passion for cooking started as a child. Taught by his parents, his interest peaked, and his first job cooking was at B.B.’s in Ocean Springs. From there to The Beau Rivage, working his way up from prep cook to sous chef and becoming a fine dining chef.

Ben was an avid fisherman, and enjoyed music. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Ada Louise Michon, and grandfather, Louis Kosztur. Survivors include his parents, Karen and Gary Kosztur, brothers, Michael Kosztur (Dana), and Daniel Kosztur.

Grandfather, E. John Michon, grandmother, Irene Kosztur, nephews, Michael Alan Kosztur and Devin Box. His uncles, John C. Michon (Carri), Keith Michon (Martina), aunts, Gail Davis (Todd), and Gloria Fako (Amir), along with numerous cousins and friends. Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 10, 2018 from 6-8p.m. at Holder-Wells Funeral Home, 4007 Main St. Moss Point, MS 39563.

Funeral Services will be Wednesday July 11, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Bishop Vern Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Crestlawn Cemetery in Ocean Springs. Holder-Wells Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
