Obituary for Robert Paul Manuel Robert Paul Manuel, 64 of Pascagoula, Mississippi, passed from this life on Thursday, November 22, 2018 following a brief illness. Paul was born in Pascagoula on March 2, 1954. He attended Our Lady of Victories Catholic School and Pascagoula High School, from which he graduated in 1972.

While Paul spent many years as office manager of Team One Communications, formerly Martin Communications in Pascagoula, to many, he will always be remembered for his time as manager of the ‘Chew, Cue & Brew’, a local restaurant and tavern. It was there that he made many lifelong friends and shared his love of cooking with the community. Paul was preceded in death by his sister, Janet Ruth Manuel; brother, James Christopher Manuel; his father, Theodore Paul “Mr. Joe” Manuel and mother, Betty Ruth Ellington Manuel.

Paul is survived by his brother, Joseph Gene (Rick Terzick) Manuel; sister, Lydia Christine Manuel; nephew, Brian Nicholas (Jordyn Walet) Manuel as well as many close friends whom Paul considered family. Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2018 from 10:00am until 12:00pm at Holder-Wells Funeral Home in Moss Point. Following the visitation, there will be a funeral procession from Holder-Wells Funeral Home to Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 3702 Quinn Dr, Pascagoula, MS 39581, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:30pm with Rev.

(Fr) Mike Kelleher officiating. Interment will follow at Machpelah Cemetery in Pascagoula. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be, Mike Asiala, Tony Duvall, Nathaniel Duvall, Tommy Harris, Jimmy Dale Wells and Pete Broussard.
