M. Bertha Retterer, 93, of Warren, passed away on Sunday, November 4, 2018, at Warren Manor. Bertha was born on July 12, 1925, to the late Albert and Lenora (Ramsey) Gomez. Bertha loved everything that involved her family, especially cooking for them.

She also belonged to the American Legion and the Knights of Columbus with her husband. Bertha is survived by her children, Frederick Retterer III (Eileen), Linda Anderson, James Retterer (Robbie), Allen Retterer (Cindy) and Diane Estevez; 18 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Bertha was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick L. Retterer Jr., whom she married on May 13, 1944; her daughters, Veronica M. Snow (Bruce) and Mary B. Ross (Claire); all of her siblings; and her grandson, Corey Ross.

The family has requested that memorial donations be made to the American Parkinsons Disease Association, www. apdaparkinson.org and to the Warren Manor Activites Dept. , 682 Pleasant Dr, Warren, PA 16365.
