Bethany was born in Stephenville, Texas on November 7, 2017 to Areiol Grochowski and Sean Keefe Survivors include her parents, Areiol Grochowski of Stephenville, Texas and Sean Keefe of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania; three sisters, Syrina, Jocely and Makala Grochowski; maternal grandparents, Charlie York and wife, Amy of Stephenville, Texas, Jerry Kulsh of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania; paternal grandmother, Sara Keefe of Swoyersville, Pennsylvania; great grandmother Shirley York of Stephenville, Texas; and great-great grandfather, Joseph Grochowski of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
