Obituary for Betty Davis Herhalt Coleman Funeral Home of Olive Branch Mrs. Betty Lou Herhalt, 71, passed away on Tuesday, June 12, 2018, at her residence in Horn Lake, MS. Visitation will be Saturday, June 16, 2018, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Coleman Funeral Home (6815 Parkview Blvd. , Olive Branch, MS 38654).

A funeral service will immediately follow at 6:00 p.m., also at Coleman Funeral Home. Coleman Funeral Home of Olive Branch is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Herhalt was born on June 21, 1946, in Galesburg, IL, but resided in Colorado until moving to Northern Mississippi in 1998.

For most people who knew her, knew that she loved her animals. Her pets were part of the family; she would have them spoiled rotten. Mrs. Herhalt also enjoyed traveling, especially to the mountains.

Most of all, Mrs. Herhalt loved her family. She always put her family first before anything. Mrs. Herhalt cherished the times and memories she made with her beloved friends and family.

Mrs. Herhalt is survived by her husband, John Herhalt of Horn Lake; three daughters, Valerie (Michael) Friesen of Broomfield, CO, Kate Paddison of Casper, WY, and Kerry Herhalt of Broomfield; son, Phil (Kelly) Granberg of Haslet, TX; brother, Charles (Suzanne) Davis of Ashville, NC; sister, Janeen (William) Marshal of Horn Lake; two granddaughters, Candence Grandberg of Haslet, and Ava Paddison of Casper; two grandsons, Jonah Granberg of TX, and Corbin Paddison of Casper. Mrs. Herhalt was preceded in death by her parents, Charles William and Kathryn Davis. Online condolences may be left on the Tribute Wall at www.
