Betty J. Miller, Age 80, of Hillsboro, Ohio, passed away Wednesday evening, October 3, 2018 at home surrounded by her loved ones. She was born September 17, 1938 in Maysville, Kentucky daughter of the late Walter Theodore & Ethel Viola (Franklin) Fryman. On June 21, 1972 in Maysville, Kentucky, she married Jack Wayne Miller, who survives.

They were married for over 46 years. In addition to her husband, other surviving family members are her daughter- Jamie Lowe; sons- James Gibson, Anthony Gibson, & Robert Gibson, all from Hillsboro; 2 special grandchildren- Josh & Jackie McLaughlin and several other grandchildren; several great-grandchildren;sisters-Rosie Burris, Mildred Johnson, Lily Whiting, & Carrie Manning and special friends- Crystal & Carmine. In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her brother- Walter Fryman; sister- Goldie Bothman, & nephew- Walter Fryman III.

The Rhoads-Edgington Funeral Home, Hillsboro, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
