Betty J. Wilson, 94, of Williamsport, was reunited with her husband on Thursday, Sept. 20, 2018, after passing peacefully at Manor Care North. She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Warren W. Wilson on May 22, 2007.

Born, Sept. 17, 1924, in Lock Haven, she was a daughter of the late Samuel L. Myers and Katherine J. (Chester) Vose. Betty was a member of Newberry Church of Christ and retired from Wundies after 35 years of employment as a seamstress.

She loved her family dearly and especially enjoyed being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Betty enjoyed cleaning and kept a meticulous house. She delighted in visiting with friends and family and caring for her many pets through the years.

Surviving are three daughters, Sherel (Ron) Monoski, of Williamsport, Katherine Lundy, of South Williamsport, and Susan (Carl) Best, of Williamsport; three grandchildren, Sean Monoski, Ryan (Brittney) Monoski and Michelle (Allen) Sherman; five great-grandchildren, Parker, Rylee, Preston, Alyssa and Gage; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, Betty was preceded in death by an infant son, Warren Stephen Wilson and two brothers. A graveside service to honor the life of Betty will be held 1 p.m. Monday, Sept.

24, at Buchanan Baptist Church Cemetery, 3240 Grimesville Road, Linden, PA 17744. Memorial contributions may be made in Betty’s name to Lycoming County S.P.C.A. , 2805 Reach Road, Williamsport, PA 17701.
