Sandra G. Schelb, 78, of Williamsport, passed away peacefully Wednesday, September 5, 2018, at the Gatehouse of Divine Providence Hospital. Born July 6, 1940, in Williamsport, she was the only daughter of the late Charles R. and Alice M. (Starr) Gross. A graduate of Williamsport High School, Sandra worked as a secretary for over 30 years at Lowery Electric and the Lycoming County United Way.

She was an animal lover, spoiling all of the dogs and cats who found their way into her home. Sandra had a knack for her favorite things around town, which often included daily trips to make special purchases. She loved her family dearly.

Surviving is her only son, Michael C. Schelb, of Williamsport; a granddaughter, Acacia M. Derrick, of Philadelphia; a grandson, Tristan M. Schelb, of Lock Haven; three great-granddaughters, Aleigha, Aurora and Octavia; and lifelong best friend, Mary Krantz. In keeping with her wishes services will be private.
