Obituary for Betty Jo Greene Betty “Granny” Jo Greene, 82, of Summerville, wife of the late James W. Greene, passed away on Sunday, May 6, 2018 at Summerville Medical Center. Family and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Thursday, May 10, 2018 from 5 to 7 o’clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Friday, May 11, 2018 at 11 o’clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home Chapel.

Entombment will follow at Dorchester Memory Gardens, 11000 Dorchester Rd. , Summerville, SC 29485. Flowers will be accepted.

Betty was born on May 8, 1935 in Hogansville, GA, daughter of the late Marvin and Josephine Crumbley. She enjoyed sewing but most of all loved taking care of her family. Survivors include: two sons: James Anthony Greene (Brenda) of Summerville and Michael Greene (Annette) of Summerville; three grandchildren: Wesley Greene (Angela) of Adams Run, Wade Greene (Leslie) of Moncks Corner, and James E. Greene (Stephanie) of Summerville; six great grandchildren; two sisters: Viola Capes and Winnett Crouch (Wayne) both of Georgia.
