OBITUARY Betty Turnmire Moles August 31, 1936 – September 13, 2018 Betty Turnmire Moles, 82, of Veldt Lane, Afton, passed away Thursday, September 13, 2018, at Johnson City Medical Center. She retired from Greene Valley Developmental Center. She was a member of Milburnton United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband: Albert Moles; daughter and son-in-law: Brenda and John Myers; son: Steve Reed and Jan Ricker; granddaughters: Crystal Myers and Rose Holowka; grandson: Wesley Reed and spouse, Atarah Yandles; great grandson: Dakota Myers; two great granddaughters: Victoria and Alea Reed; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents: Arlie and Rose Light Turnmire; brothers: J.W., Jimmy, Bert, and Marvin Turnmire; and sisters: Peggy Hensley, Evalee Franklin, and Amanda Turnmire. The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Saturday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home chapel wit Rev. Vivian Franklin officiating. Interment will be at 1:00 p.m. Sunday in Milburnton United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery Sunday at 12:45 p.m. for the graveside service. W. Turnmire, Brother Jimmy Turnmire, Brother Bert Turnmire, Brother Marvin Turnmire, Brother Peggy Hensley, Sister Evalee Franklin, Sister Amanda Turnmire, Sister She also leaves several nieces and nephews to cherish her memory.
