OBITUARY Aileen McCamey Rader January 7, 1929 – October 25, 2018 Aileen McCamey Rader, 89, of the Orebank community, passed away Thursday afternoon, October25, 2018, peacefully surrounded by her loving family and Amedisys Hospice caregivers. Her faith in God was her of strength throughout her life. She was a member of Jackson’s Chapel Church and attended Peoples’ Tabernacle as long as her health permitted.

She is survived by the love of her life, Fred Rader with 71 years of marriage. He, along with a special niece, Debbie Witt, cared for her during an extended illness, providing much love, laughter, and joy in her days of sickness. Other survivors include her sister: Ruth Edington; brothers: Andy (Anna Mae), Edward, and Charlie McCamey; sisters-in-law: Anna Sue Hale, Betty Rader, Novella McCamey, and Janie McCamey; and three special nieces and nephews: Jerry, Loretta, and William Edington, who considered Fred and Aileen as godparents.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Rev. Claude and Jenny McCamey, and five brothers. The family will receive friends 12- 2 p.m. Sunday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Gary Norton and Rev. Charlie McCamey officiating.

Interment will follow in Jackson’s Chapel Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Richard Dobbelaere, Jack Robinson, George McCamey, Lynn McCamey, Willis Gregg, Eddie McCamey, Roger McCamey, Doug Renner, Steve Alexander, Eddie Dobson, Paul Witt, William Edington, Chris McCamey, and Richard McCamey.
