Beverly Ann Buss, 73, of Moline, passed away Friday, May 25, 2018, at home. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, May 29, 2018, at 12 p.m. with a memorial visitation from 11 a.m. until the service at Bethel Assembly of God, 3535 38th Ave. , Rock Island.

A private graveside service will be at National Cemetery at the Rock Island Arsenal. Memorials may be made to a charity of your choice in Beverly’s name. Beverly was born on January 2, 1945 in Chicago, the daughter of Edward and Dorothy Weber Dietrich.

She married Eugene G. Buss on July 14, 1968 at St. Marks Lutheran Church in Palos Hills, IL. Beverly earned a Operating Room Technician degree from Purdue University. She worked with Gombiner and Associates and St. Francis Hospital in Blue Island, IL.

Beverly was a member and involved at her church’s, Bethel Assembly of God and the Stone Church of Palos Heights. Her family remembers her as a woman who loved to read her Bible and pray. She loved her family and friends deeply.

She will be greatly missed. Survivors include her husband, Gene; children, Michelle (Ron) Shong, Aaron (Vicky) Buss, Brad Buss, and Dave (Sarah) Buss; 8 grandchildren; and brother, George (Sue) Dietrich and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister, Debbie Susemiehl.
