Obituary for Beverly Eleanor Stratta Beverly Eleanor Stratta, 85, of Bonita Springs, FL passed away Thursday, April 12, 2018 at Avow Hospice. Formerly of Orland Park, IL she began coming to Naples in 1988 and was a seasonal resident of Bonita Springs since 1994 before making it her permanent home in 2012. Beverly was born November 19, 1932 in Chicago, IL a daughter of the late Ellis and Clara (Lintner) Caine.

In 1960, her husband John started Harbor Manufacturing in Chicago, IL where she worked as an accountant until her retirement in 1979. As an avid golfer, she was a member of Calumet Country Club, Crystal Tree Golf and Country Club and Pelican’s Nest Golf Club at Pelican Landing. She also enjoyed playing cards and games.

Survivors include her beloved husband of 64 years, John G. Stratta; sons, Joseph (Liz) Stratta of Bonita Springs, FL, John (Michelle) Stratta of Lemont, IL and Brian Stratta of Waynesboro, PA; 6 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her 7 siblings. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date and will be announced.

Memorial contributions in Beverly’s name may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Arrangements are being handled by Shikany’s Bonita Funeral Home.
