Funeral services for Bill will be on Sunday, January 13,2019 at 2:00 P.M. at 1st Baptist Church in Blackwell, TX. Interment will follow service at Blackwell Cemetery.

There will be a family visitation on Saturday, January 12, 2013 from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at McCoy Funeral Home. Bill was born in Morton ,TX on June 21, 1948 to parents Gilbert and Birdie Westerman. Bill married Nancy Sheppard and was married for years, before her passing.

Bill then married Lynn Maxwell on December 23, 1992 in Shep,TX. He has been living in Nolan/Taylor counties are since 1982. Bill worked as and ranch foreman, dryer operator and handyman for 51 years.

Survivors include: Wife: Lynn Westerman, Daughter: Lorri LeAnn Westerman of Seattle, Washington, Step-Daughter: Tammy Estes of Abilene,TX, Step-Sons: Todd Terrell of Winters,TX and Tony Terrell of Winters,TX. 8 Grandchildren. Bill was preceded in death by: 1st Wife: Nancy Sheppard Westerman, Father: Gilbert Westerman, Mother: Birdie Miller Westerman, Brother: Leonard Westerman and Sister: Louise McGee.

Pallbearers will be Floyd Shepperd, Boyd Sides, Junior Taylor, Ronnie Williams, Kenneth Williams, Damon Schoggins. Memorials may be made to Blackwell ISD in Blackwell, Tx.
