Billie L. Cassiday June 30, 1929 – January 15, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers View/Sign Guest Book| Send Sympathy Card Billie L. Cassiday, 89, passed away January 15, 2019. He was born to Marion and Dorthy (Lyon) Cassiday in Brazil IN June 30, 1929. He was hired by the Pennsylvania Railroad, predecessor of Conrail, in the Signal Department, retiring as a Regional Inspector in 1990 after 43 years of Service.

He was a US Army Veteran and a member of Lynhurst Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Gurna Swails Cassiday. He is survived by his sons, Alan (Cathy), Stafford VA and Gary (Rhonda) Cassiday, Avon IN; brother, Mike Cassiday, Loganville GA; 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be 3pm-8pm Monday January 21, 2019 at Conkle Funeral Home Avon. Services will be 10am Tuesday January 22, 2019 at Conkle Funeral Home. Entombment will be in Floral Park Cemetery Mausoleum.
