Obituary for Bobby Baron Jr. Dateline: Alton Bobby Baron, 62, died at 11:03 a.m. Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at OSF St. Anthony’s Health Center in Alton. Born July 18, 1955 in Alton, he was the son of Robert F. Baron Sr. and Vera (Wilson) Baron. Bobby attended McKinley Elementary School, West Junior High School and graduated from Alton High School in 1973.

He was a volunteer with Alton Volunteer Emergency Corps. He was a longtime employee with Shop N Save and Watkins Distributor. Surviving is his life companion, Cindy Bonnell of Alton, a brother, Donald Baron (Jan) of Alton, a sister, Rita Mueller of Edwards, CO, and 3 nieces.

He was preceded in death by his parents. Visitation will be from 3:00-6:00 p.m. Sunday, July 1, 2018 at Gent Funeral Home in Alton where funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 2, 2018. Burial will be at Valhalla Memorial Park in Godfrey.
