Somerville Funeral service for Bobby Joe Shadden, 69, will be Thursday, October 4, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Charles Forman officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 3, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.

Mr. Shadden died on Monday, October 1, 2018 at his residence. He was born May 28, 1949, in Morgan County to James Thomas Shadden and Willie Lee Fairbanks, who preceded him in death. He was a self employed welder and a member of the Forrest Hill Baptist Church.

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend. Survivors include : his Wife: Richie Ann Scoggins Shadden Four Sons: Derald Shadden, Aaron Shadden (Brittany), Allen Gilbert (Janet) and Adam Gilbert (Tina) One Daughter: Kristal Campbell (Allen) Three Brothers: Larry Shadden (Patricia), Billy Shadden (Peggy) and Jerry Shadden (Milesa) Four Sisters: Juanita Frazier (Don), Sue Sherrill (Jimmy), Freda Way and Debbie Maples (Steve) Nineteen Grandchildren Ten Great Grandchildren In lieu of flowers; Family requests donations be made to Hospice Family Care in his memory.
