Survivors include his wife, Tammie Flowers Tillson; brother, David Tillson; step sons, Mark Cribbs and Bonnie Mackin; 4 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; aunt, Sandra Calhoun (Prentiss); step father, Herman Winkler; niece Nikki Tillson and Devin Tillson.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bobby Mack Tillson and Mary Ponder Tillson Winkler.
