Obituary for Bonnie M. Rayner Bonnie M. Rayner, 85, of Beloit, WI, passed away on Monday, November 19, 2018 at Beloit Memorial Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born July 19, 1933 in Richland County, WI, the daughter of Emil and Fern (Fosnow) Hansen. Bonnie was a 1952 graduate of Soldiers Grove High School.

Bonnie met her future husband Arlin W. “Arnie” Rayner on a blind date, and they were married on December 16, 1950 at the North Clayton Methodist Church. They moved to the Beloit area on December 26, 1950 where they raised their family. They were married 54 years before his passing on August 21, 2004.

Bonnie was employed by Blackhawk Bank for 42 years and retired as manger of the Westside Branch in 1995. She enjoyed going to DeJope, camping, playing cribbage, and going to Friday night fish fry. Bonnie was a Milwaukee Brewer, Wisconsin Badger, Milwaukee Bucks and Green Bay Packer fan.

She was an avid bowler who attended 28 National Bowling Tournaments throughout the country and 42 State Bowling Tournaments. Bonnie was a member of the National 600 Club and Beloit Women’s Bowling Association from 2007-2014. She was the secretary and treasurer of the Greater Beloit Bowling Council and held many state committee assignments.

Bonnie was member of the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge #191 and a lifetime member of the V.F.W. Post #2306 Auxiliary. She was a volunteer for the Beloit Memorial Hospital Gift Shop. Survivors include her two daughters, Kristine (James) Kauppinen and their daughter, Erin (Sawyer Heiman) Kauppinen of Sun Prairie, WI; Kathleen (Michael) Palazzolo and their children, Jonathon (Ambur Hill) and Emily (Ed) Ray of Beloit, WI; one son, Robert (Rebecca) Rayner and their daughter, Catie (Josh) Houser of Plano, TX; nine great grandchildren; brothers, Robert (Kay) Hansen and Roger (Laana) Hansen both of Beloit, WI; sisters-in-law, Elaine Hansen of DeForest, WI, and Marie Garber of Brodhead, WI; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends; numerous bowling friends; and two very special friends and neighbors, Char and Gloria Ward of Beloit, WI.

She was predeceased by her parents, husband and brother, Steven Hansen. Funeral service for Bonnie will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, November 24, 2018 in the Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium, 2355 Cranston Road, Beloit, WI. Burial will be in Floral Lawn Cemetery, South Beloit, IL.

Visitation of remembrance will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday in the funeral home. Memorials may be given in her name for the Youth Bowling Scholarship. Upcoming Events Visitation , NOV 23.
