Obituary for James “Bill” Harlan James “Bill” Harlan, 87, of Richland Center, WI, died Friday, November 9, 2018 at North Ridge Assistant Living, Stevens Point, WI. He was born February 5, 1931 in Richland Center, WI, the son of Frank J. and Letha (Nutter) Harlan. Bill attended school in Richland Center, WI.

He married Judy A. Buchanan on July 8, 1951 in Richland Center, WI. She predeceased him on May 25, 2014. Bill enjoyed helping others, traveling to Nashville, TN and listening to Country music.

Survivors include his daughter, Vicky (James) Keller of Pembine, WI; grandchildren, Shelly (Owen) Echos of Jonesboro, AR, Aric (Kelly) Keller of Janesville, WI, and Seth (Tammy) Keller of Gilman, WI; nine grandchildren; one great grandchild; sister, Frances Everson of MN; nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, siblings Helen, Erma May, Phyllis, Richard, and Robert, and great grandsons, Anderson and Liam. A memorial service for Bill will be held at a later date in Richland Center, WI.

Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium, 2355 Cranston Road, Beloit, WI, assisted the family with arrangements.
