Obituary for Virginia “Ginny” L. Peters Virginia L. “Ginny” Peters, 72, of Beloit, WI, died Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at Fair Oaks Rehabilitation and Health Care Center, South Beloit, IL She was born April 9, 1946 in Woodstock, IL, the daughter of John and Evalee (Shaw) Buursma. Ginny was a 1964 graduate of North Boone High School. She married Richard Peters on September 16, 1967 in Capron, IL.

Ginny was employed by Kaman Bearing in Colorado, North American Tool and Kerry Ingredients, retiring in April of 2016. She was a member of the Women of the Moose Chapter #0477. Survivors include her children, Cheryl (David) McIntire and Jeff (Lonny) Peters both of Colorado; granddaughter, McKenzie McIntire; sister, Jacki (Bill) Olson of Beloit, WI; many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

She was predeceased by her parents and the father of her children, Richard C. Peters. A Memorials service for Ginny will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 12, 2018 in the Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium, 2355 Cranston Road, Beloit, WI, with Pastor Philip Allen Rice officiating. Visitation of remembrance will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home.
