Mrs. Brenda Lee Colby Addison, born on November 18, 1953, in Richmond, Virginia, daughter of Lois Jean Frank Colby and Robert Myron Colby, passed away May 26, 2018, in Danville, Virginia. She was married to James Leary Addison, who predeceased her. She is survived by her daughter Clara Jean Addison; brothers Joseph Walter Colby, Robert Keith Colby and Kenneth Wayne Colby and his wife Kathy Lea Carmichael Colby.

Brenda was a long time member of the Pentecostal Holiness Church in Ashland, Virginia. She faithfully attend church camp and thought of the congregation there as her second family. While she lived in Danville she associated with Trinity United Methodist Church.

Brenda was an award winning quilter and craft artist. Many thanks to Roman Eagle Memorial Home and SOVAH Health Emergency room and 4th floor Physicians, Nurses and staff for their constant compassion and support during a difficult time. Also many thanks to Dr. Shah for his care and compassion.

Brenda was a true child of God and in her own words, an over comer. We love you and will miss you deeply. Memorial services will be conducted at a later date and time in Richmond.
