Brenda Faye Rasnic, age 63, of Fillmore, Missouri, entered into rest on April 24th, 2018, at Mosaic Life Care, St. Joseph, Missouri surrounded by her loving family. She was born July 3, 1954, in Chicago, Illinois. She was a graduate of Fox High School in Arnold, Missouri.

Brenda was united in marriage to Elvin Rasnic on July 6, 1990. They lived in St. Louis for many years before relocating to Fillmore. She was a hair stylist for over 30 years.

She enjoyed crocheting, and craft making. … Read More » Brenda was a devoted wife and loving mother. She was loved by her family and friends and will be missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Doris Shoemaker; grandparents, Clinton and Edith Coleman. She is survived by her husband, Elvin Rasnic; a son, Russell Rasnic; a daughter, Julie Jenkins; a brother and sister-in-law, Paul and Lonna Coleman; stepfather, Larry Shoemaker. Memorial services for Brenda Resnic, will be held at 1:00 p.m. E.D.T., Saturday, July 7, 2018, at Cup Creek Cemetery with Ryan Coleman and Ivan Lawrence Coleman officiating the graveside service.
