Brenda’s Obituary Brenda Stapleton, 61, of Ironton, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, May 7, 2019, at Community Hospice Care Center, Ashland, Kentucky. Mrs. Stapleton was born January 29, 1958, in Ironton, Ohio a daughter to Barbara (Campbell) Collins and the late Roy Jackson. She is survived by her husband of 41 years Timothy Stapleton.

Brenda was a graduate of Coal Grove High School and was a homemaker. She enjoyed decorating, gardening and working in her flowers, and her greatest love was spending with her family and friends. She was a member of Community Baptist Church.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by son: Timothy Ray Stapleton and brother: Larry Jackson In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by: daughter: Amanda (John) Maynard son: Adam (Misty) Stapleton step-father: Carl Collins 5 grandchildren and eight siblings Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M., Saturday, May 11, 2019 at Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 South 7th Street, Ironton, Ohio with Rev. Travis Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in Mamre Cemetery.
