Brian G. Brown Sr., 77, of Beloit, WI, died on Monday, May 13, 2019 in his home. He was born on March 19, 1942 in Beloit, WI, the son of George and Maxcine (Swinehart) Brown. Brian was a 1960 graduate of Beloit Memorial High School.

He married Susan Schmidt on June 9, 1962 in the Old Stone Church, Rockton, IL. Brian was a Firefighter and Paramedic #104 employed by the City of Beloit Fire Department from 1969 until 1996 retiring as a Shift Commander. He also worked with BK Looker Construction for over 20 years.

Brian was a member of Our Saviors Lutheran Church, a former member of the Jaycees and a card club member for nearly 40 years. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, going to the casino and watching his grandchildren’s sporting events. Survivors include his wife, Susan Brown of Beloit, WI; children, Kellie (Pat) Mane of Beloit, WI, Brian Brown Jr. of Milwaukee, WI, Mark Brown of Oak Creek, WI, and Traci (Richard) Walker of Beloit, WI; grandchildren, Bradley (Amanda) Boeke, Ashton (Joey Turner) Walker, Wyatt Walker, Lucas Brown and Mattea Brown; several “bonus” grandchildren and great grandchildren; honorary son, Brian Looker; brothers, Gregory (Sophie) Brown of CA and Geoffrey (Shannon) Brown of Durand, IL; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents; infant sister and three brothers-in-law. Memorial Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 23, 2019 in the Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium, 2355 Cranston Rd. , Beloit, WI.
