Obituary for Briana Lynn Dow Briana Lynn Dow, 27, died unexpectedly on Friday, November 23, 2018 at her home. Born in Meriden on June 11, 1991, she was the daughter of Colleen Christine Hayes and step-father, the late Patrick K. Hayes and Timothy Dow. Briana graduated from H. C. Wilcox Technical High School, worked as a C.N.A., and attended Holy Angels Church.

Besides her mother and father, she is survived by her son Zachary Massicott, a sister, Sara Hayes, a step-brother, Patrick Hayes, her maternal grandmother, Barbara Doherty and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her son Mitchell David Willette, her step-brother Michael Hayes, her maternal grandfather, David Doherty and her paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth and Kathy Dow. Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Friday, November 30, 2018 at the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home, 88 East Main St., Meriden from 4 to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Briana’s Family or to HERO – Heroin Epidemic Relief Organization, P.O. Box 2536 Orland Park, Illinois 60462-1091.

Briana’s family will like to express their heartfelt thanks to the staff, members and volunteers of the Rushford Center in Meriden, the Stonehaven in Portland and Victory Church in Middlefield for the loving and compassionate support given to Briana throughout her journey.
