Bridget Skaleski, age 47, of Green Bay, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Tuesday, April 24, 2018. She was born on March 1, 1971, to Keith and Tina (Warner) Uffelman. After graduating from Ashwaubenon High School in 1989, she went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa.

Bridget was united in marriage with Scott Skaleski in Green Bay on June 22, 2002. She was employed at United Healthcare for over 21 years. Bridget loved gardening, boating, and playing soccer.

She enjoyed travelling and especially loved Italy and Greece. She was proud to be a part of the Babes Cancer Survivor Group. Bridget will be sadly missed by her loving husband of 15 years, Scott; fur babies, Wyatt and Baxter; mom and dad, Tina and Keith; siblings, Brandon (Cheryl) Uffelman and Wendy (Jim) Winn; mother and father-in-law, Sue and Bill Skaleski; sisters-in-law, Lisa (Dave) Thill and Sara (Kevin) Walloch; dear friend, Sandy Berg; and many loving nieces, nephews, other relatives, close friends, and neighbors.

Bridget was preceded in death by her grandparents and her fur babies, Oliver, Avery, and Claire. Visitation will be held on Friday, May 4, 2018, at First United Methodist Church, 501 Howe St., from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. A celebration of Bridget’s life will be held at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Unity Hospice in Bridget’s name.

Bridget’s family wishes to extend a special thank you to the staff at the Jack and Engrid Meng Residence, the staff at Green Bay Oncology, and the staff at Mayo Clinic, especially Dr. Habermann.
