Obituary for Calvin Dease Mr. Calvin Dease a resident of Troy, AL passed away Friday, January 4, 2019 at his residence. He was 93. Graveside services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Monday, January 7, 2019 at Sandfield Cemetery with Rev.

Jim Powell officiating. Burial will follow in Sandfield Cemetery with Skeen Funeral Home of Troy directing. Mr. Dease was born January 15, 1925 in Bullock County, AL to the late Henry Hershel Dease and Lula Betty Brown Dease.

In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his wife, Emma Dease, a son-in-law, Sgt. 1st Class James R. Donnelly and a grandson, Dewight Banks. He is survived by his son, Bubba Dease, Troy; daughter, Helen Donnelly, Troy; grandchildren, Kenneth Grissett, Jan Fritz, Kendall Grissett and Jason Dease; great grandchildren, Carol Ann Banks, Kendra Grissett, Elizabeth Dease, Jacqualine Dease, Hannah Fritz, and twins, Ben and Jack Fritz.
