Carl Gardner Sylacauga, AL – Funeral service for Carl Gardner, 49, will be Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Sylacauga Church of God with Bro. Tim Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Eastaboga Baptist Cemetery in Eastaboga, AL.

Mr. Gardner died Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at Grandview Medical Center. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Clarence “T Tom” Patterson and Mark Patterson. He loved hunting and fishing as well as being a helping hand to many.

He is survived by his son, Carl Gardner, Jr.; daughter, Jessica Wetlesen; mother, Betty Gunter; father, John Gardner; grandmother, Sarah Strickland; two brothers, Frank Gunter, Dewayne Gunter; sister, Sarah Gunter; and two grandchildren, Arabella Wetlesen and Aaron Wetlesen. Visitation will be Friday October 12, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home. Memorial messages may be sent to the family at www.
