Carmack Patterson “Pat” Hudnall, 69, of Laurel passed away on Monday, April 30, 2018, at his residence. Born January 1, 1949, in Greensburg, Mr. Hudnall was the son of John Oliver and Reba Jane Reece Hudnall. He married Donna Sue Brown on December 17, 1965 at the Lewis Creek Baptist Church in Shelbyville.

She survives. Mr. Hudnall was a lifelong self-employed carpenter who owned H&H Design Construction. He served in the U.S. Army.

Mr. Hudnall enjoyed playing cards every week for the past 50 years, gardening, fishing and he enjoyed carpentry. Surviving with his wife, Donna Hudnall are sons, James Patterson (Lupe) Hudnall of Greensburg, Eli David (Krista) Hudnall of Milan and Samuel Brown (Amy) Hudnall of Laurel; daughters, Lisa Marie Hudnall of Columbus and Deborah Gaye (Billy) Heilman of North Vernon; twelve grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Frank, Robert and Buddy Hudnall and sisters, Judy Hudnall and Marie Jackson.

In keeping with his and the family’s wishes cremation is planned. Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services were entrusted with the care of these arrangements.
