CHICOPEE Carol A. (Sizer) Milewski, 82, of Chicopee, formerly of Holyoke and South Hadley, passed away suddenly on Thursday, June 28, 2018. Carol was born in Holyoke, daughter of the late Earl and Beatrice (White) Sizer, and was a 1953 graduate of the former Holyoke Trade School. A Licensed Practical Nurse, Carol had worked for Dr. Mohammed Bajwa, and at Providence Hospital in Holyoke.

She was a devoted communicant of Saint Theresa of Lisieux Parish in South Hadley, where she served as a Eucharistic Minister. Carol was predeceased by her beloved husband, James C. Milewski, in 2016. She was also predeceased by an infant son, Joseph.

She is survived by four children: James C. Milewski, Jr. and wife Cynthia of South Hadley, Melissa A. Whitelock and husband Dennis of Holyoke, Timothy Milewski and wife Laurie of Ashburnham, and Theresa Milewski of Woburn; eight cherished grandchildren, Allison, Joseph and Hannah Milewski, Lynda, Ashley, Michael and Emily Whitelock, and Ryan Milewski; and one brother, Robert Sizer of Holyoke. The funeral will be held Tuesday, July 3rd at 8:45 a.m. from the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home, 2049 Northampton St., Holyoke, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in Saint Theresa of Lisieux Church, 9 East Parkview Drive, South Hadley. Burial will follow at Saint Jerome Cemetery, Holyoke.

Calling hours will be held Monday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Harmony House WMA at www.
