Our beloved daughter and sister Carolyn Ann Kinske, age 51, of East Lansing, MI, peacefully passed away and left this earth Monday, July 16, 2018. She was lovingly cared for at the home of her parents until her final hours, spent at Hospice House, Lansing, MI. Carolyn suffered the effects of colon cancer uncomplaining through three major surgeries and seven years of chemotherapy.

Her indomitable spirit, gentle soul and her kind and loving heart were evident in her daily struggles; she lived and died with dignity. Carolyn will be terribly missed by the many people who loved her. Carolyn was born in Lansing, MI on July 9, 1967, the daughter of Barry and Janette Donna (Gyde) Kinske.

Carolyn graduated from Lansing Everett High School with the class of 1986. She is survived by her parents; her boyfriend and best friend Richard Howerton; sister Catherine and Vance Querio of Switzerland; adopted brother Greg McPherson; nieces Ashley Hill & Claire Querio, Andrea & Bella McPherson; nephews Dean Kinske and Ethan McPherson and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Carolyn was preceded in death by her grandparents.

A gathering of family and friends will be held in Carolyn’s memory at 2. 00 pm on Friday August 3, 2018 at Cancun Mexican Grill, 1071 S. US 27, St Johns, MI. Online condolences can be sent to www.
