Carolyn Sue Bailey 70 of Ashville, passed away Sat. May 5, 2018 at Kobacker House, Columbus. She was born on Oct.

11, 1947 in Salyersville, KY to the late Cecil Sr. and Ida Elizabeth (Conley) Bailey. Carolyn worked for many years as a nurse’s aid and a caregiver around Central Ohio. Preceded in death by parents, brother Cecil Jr. and sister Eloise.

Survived by sons, James A. (Thelma) Hurst of Ashville and Timothy C. Hurst of Chillicothe area and daughter Dorothy Kimes of Delaware; grandchildren Linda Lou “Sissie”, Crystal, Brian and numerous other grandchildren; great grandchildren Timmy, Jimbob and many other great grandchildren; daughter-in-law Linda Hurst; brothers James, Bill, Roger, Bobby, Paul, Eddie, Freddie, Tommy and sister Julie; numerous nieces and nephews; special friends Jerry and Brenda. Funeral Service will be at 1:00 p.m. Thurs. May 10, 2018 at the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 West Main St. Ashville with Pastor Ralph Short officiating.

Friends may call Thurs. from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Harrison Twp. Cemetery.
