Catherine M. “Kay” Kiscadden, 91, passed away Sunday, June 3, 2018 in Londonderry Village, Palmyra with her loving daughter by her side. Born November 16, 1926 in Palmyra, she was a daughter of the late Roy, Sr., and Mabel I. (Buck) Dice. She was the widow of Eugene C. Kiscadden since February 1979 after 30 years of marriage and was also preceded in death by her sister Thelma Dice.

Retired from the Pennsylvania State Police Academy, she was a member of First Evangelical Congregational Church, Palmyra. She was a wonderful mother, sister and aunt to her daughter Kathy A. Kiscadden of Harrisburg; brother Roy M. Dice; and nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held 7:00 PM, Monday, June 11, 2018 at her church, 55 West Main Street, Palmyra preceded by a visitation beginning at 6:00 PM.

Private interment will be in Grantville Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to First Evangelical Congregational Church, 55 West Main Street, Palmyra, PA 17078 or American Macular Degeneration Foundation, PO Box 515, Northampton, MA 01061.
