Irene N. Edris, 101, formerly of Jonestown passed away Saturday, July 14, 2018 at StoneRidge Towne Center, Myerstown. Born December 17, 1916 in Union Township, Lebanon County, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Carrie (Nye) Neidig and was also preceded in death by daughter Shirley Hoke. The last of her immediate family, she was preceded by brothers Lester, Clinton, Ralph, Harold, Nelson, and William Neidig, and sisters Verna Klein, Naomi Fitting, Doris Williams, and Edna Hock.

The widow of John Clair Edris since January 2001, she was a retired seamstress from Robell Frocks, Lebanon. Surviving are her daughters Yvonne D., wife of Robert Bender of Lebanon and Connie K. Edris of Jonestown; five grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and twelve great great grandchildren. Private burial will be in Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Jonestown.
